As a Field Support Engineer, you are frequently on the road and busy in the field together with distributors visiting customers.
The support function: You make a systematic diagnosis and work together with the distributor’s technical employee to solve the problem. In some cases, you install and configure new systems at pilot customers.
You collect and report feedback from customers on their configuration. You have a lot of freedom in the field, but you are often in Steenderen, where you work together with other colleagues from the Aftersales department. Of course, we provide specific training on our systems and during the first 6 months you will not travel alone but will go out together with your colleague field support engineer to learn the tricks of the trade.
